Ukrainian-born rapper GeeGun, a.k.a. Denis Volodya-Vaynshtein, first found fame as a champion kick-boxer. His passion for music, however, began at a young age, and by the mid-‘00s, he was already a hip-hop star in his native city, Odessa. Known for his larger-than-life, Western style of hip-hop, GeeGun soon garnered wider acclaim, and the release of his debut album, Cold Heart, saw chart-topping collaborations with Timati, Anna Sedokova and most notably Yuliya Savicheva. Since then, he's become one of the most popular rappers in Russia.
