Boaz Sharabi Essentials

Growing up in a Yemenite Jewish family, Boaz Sharabi became a master writer and performer of thrilling, passionate love songs. Since his first great hit, "Pamela", in 1971, he has gone on to record more than a dozen albums and has appeared in Israeli films and at music festivals throughout his varied career. His style is the closest thing to ethnic gospel music, combined with pure pop, and it's at times heavily orchestrated for a bigger, all-encompassing sound. Powerful, distinctive vocals, however, distinguish Sharabi from the rest.
