TryHardNinja is a prominent gamer, singer, and songwriter who’s built a massive audience for his video game–inspired pop, rock, EDM and hip-hop music. • Born Igor Gordienko, he sang in the choir, starred in musicals and was in a heavy metal band throughout high school. • He was inspired to begin his career after winning a YouTube contest to make a video game song. • In 2010, TryHardNinja launched his YouTube channel (which now has over two million subscribers) and released his debut single, “The Campy Song”. • His debut album, In Real Life, arrived in 2013. It features fellow popular YouTubers and gamers like Captainsparklez and Jiveturkey600. • In 2014, TryHardNinja’s single “Take Back the Night” debuted at No. 2 on Billboard's Dance/Electronic Songs chart.
