In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest memory of music is of dancing with my grandmother in her living room to african music on vinyl. I remember being swept away by the rhythms and singing, thinking this was the most magical thing in the world. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kate Bush, Hounds of Love Mark Hollis, Mark Hollis Nick Drake, Bryter Layter ((Remastered)) Hollis' album is such an authentic record made in the the forest using just one microphone. Kate Bush' first self-produced album is a fireworks display of sounds and creativity. Finally I listen to "Bryter Layter” almost every morning - it's perfect. Tell us why you chose this song. “People, I've been sad” Such a special release that dropped during lockdown, I related to this so much at this specific time, and I know that a lot of other people did as well. It put words on what a lot of us were feeling during the pandemic. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My most memorable moment was probably paying in the DR koncertsal during P6 beat in 2021, it was probably the concert that launched Lucky Lo onto the music scene in Denmark - it was so special! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I really want to go to Japan on tour with my whole band! I have been working towards this for a couple of years now, and hopefully it will happen before too long.
