In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My Dad is a great singer and used to sing the harmonies for Newsboys and Jars of Clay songs in the car. Watching him find those notes on the spot was like watching a magic trick to me. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Jesus From Texas” I wrote this song during a really confusing time in my life and recorded it using a USB mic and my laptop. The lesson I learned from releasing Jesus From Texas is that often our vulnerabilities are shared and we are never as alone as we think. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Opening for Relient K on their 2022 national tour. They are one of my biggest musical inspirations so getting to travel with them and support them was the honor of a lifetime.
