In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is being driven to nursery with my dad blasting Faithless in the car, it was still dark outside and the bass was absolutely shaking. I was fascinated with how emotional and massive it was at the same time. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Aphex Twin, Selected Ambient Works 85-92 Burial, Untrue Sub Focus, Torus Torus genuinely changed how I heard electronic music, it had huge festival energy and still felt emotional and musical, 'Tidal Wave' made me fall in love with dance floor DNB when I was a teenager. Tell us why you chose this song. “Closer” An older one of mine, but still a personal favourite. My production has massively improved since I made this track, but I think it still has a vibe and puts across the melodic style and vibe that I try and put into all my tracks.
