Oakland, California hard rock merchants Lecherous Gaze were formed in 2010 by former Annihilation Time members Graham Clise (guitar), Chris Grande (bass), and Noel Sullivan (drums). The trio reshaped AT's sound from their original hardcore-inspired attack to a more complex approach with loose, cacophonous, and clearly tongue-in-cheek results. Joined by Lakis Panagiotopoulos (vocals), the band debuted with an EP, Audio Testament (2011). After a three-way split LP shared with Earthless and Danava, they released their first full-length, On the Skids (2012), with new lead singer Zaryan Zaidi. They returned harder and louder with Zeta Reticuli Blues (2014), and One Fifteen (2017) expanded their sound with second guitarist Zach Dellorto-Blackwell and prog and psychedelic influences. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia & Mark Deming
