I just wanted to highlight how easy it is to walk away from things and how it’s actually harder to sit down and talk about it and figure it out.” That’s delivered against a fittingly soft, unhurried backdrop that showcases her effortless vocals. “I wanted something that sounded really sweet, but which actually had a meaning behind it,” she says.
