As the rapper for top K-pop idols Beast, Yong Jun Hyung has developed a reputation for sensitive lyrics and an unmistakable tough-voiced delivery, and the same qualities apply to his feature verses for solo singers (including some of his Cube labelmates). His raps provide a grounding force, giving hushed R&B tracks some extra gravitas or providing pop songs with a place from which to soar.
