About Chinese Man
Chinese Man is a French trip-hop-influenced rap collective that emerged in the mid-2000s with its own record label and a series of EP releases. They made their debut with early efforts such as 2004's The Pandi Groove EP and 2005's Bootleg Sessions, following with steady, prolific output into the late 2010s on albums like 2017's Shikantaza. After a period of quiet during the global pandemic, they returned in 2024 with We've Been Here Before.
