In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. In 2nd grade, my teacher told my parents "while it's nice John likes to sing, he needs to learn to not sing - such as while I'm talking, or during tests." I responded "I always have a song in my heart, and sometimes it just pushes out of my mouth" Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Celeste” "Celeste" was written during a difficult time in my life, when I felt like I wasn't able to trust myself and my own feelings. The song is about making it through the tough times; a reminder that every storm will pass. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing the main stage at Red Rocks Amphitheater in 2018 for "Film on the Rocks" is absolutely the highlight of my career. That stage was one of my biggest goals since I was a child, and getting to play on it was truly a dream come true. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to have my music in film or television! I feel like Morning Bear's vulnerable, emotional music could be a great fit for the right show or movie.
