In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. In third grade I was in the Little Mermaid & sat between these super tall girls. It was silent & then a wall of harmonies unlike anything I had ever heard. I looked up & felt tears running down my cheeks... the most beautiful sound I had ever heard. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Death Cab for Cutie, Transatlanticism Kacey Musgraves, Pageant Material Third Eye Blind, Third Eye Blind I think Death Cab for Cutie was the first band that made me appreciate lyrics. Kacey's an incredible writer & first artist that made me appreciate country music. Third Eye Blind album, I'm definitely obsessed with Stephen Jenkins and the crew. It's really honest & raw. I normally start with an idea or experience, & then it goes in different directions. This is exactly what I was feeling with vulnerability & honesty that I feel every time I play it.
