In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My routine of locking myself in the bathroom to practice violin. It was a place I could practice and feel free. I could study, write, experiment, and improvise. It helped that the reverb added lush tails to the violin. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Andrew Bird, Noble Beast Marty O'Reilly & the Old Soul Orchestra, Stereoscope Patrick Watson, Love Songs for Robots Useless Creatures was inspiration for my own solo violin music. Love Songs for Robots cause everything about this album is perfect, it has a deep meaning mutually for me and a close friend. Stereoscope because I am incredibly proud of what we created What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Touring Europe and sharing my music to a part of the world that doesn’t get Americana and experimental violin very often. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to arrange my music for a string quintet and perform with dancers and projections.
