Throughout the 2010s, the Tokyo-born producer and sound designer earned acclaim for his club performances, podcasts, and a growing discography of EPs that resembled a more atmospheric take on minimal techno and acid, including 2018's Question and Answer. For his full-length debut, 2023's Agartha, Igarashi explored a less club-centric sound inspired by Berlin School electronics and '90s ambient techno.
