In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up enriched in the arts, whether it was singing broadway songs around the piano with my siblings or dancing to traditional Greek folk music. This nurtured my creativity & empowered me to create upon discovering my musical individuality What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Joanna Newsom, Divers Kate Bush, Hounds of Love (2018 Remaster) Laura Mvula, Sing to the Moon I love when an album creates a theatrical experience that you can put yourself in while listening. With Joanna's music unavailable elsewhere, her work was an obvious choice. Kate Bush and Laura Mvula have also crafted two of my other favorite stories Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Fig Tree (Garden Mix)” This song is so special to me, painting the picture of a Grecian countryside where time seems to stand still. Every bead of sweat and tolling bell decorating life while falling in love with the simplicity of existing alongside a lover. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Curating shows and performing in my garden, getting to cultivate community and share art while in nature is truly the human experience. I'd also have to say the listening party for my album "Adonis." To sit and truly take in music is unforgettable. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I've been lucky to check a lot off this list, perhaps the next step would be to take my music out of my home state, even overseas. It'd be an honor to tour & open for an artist I look up to! I'd also love to continue exploring different genres.
