Sophisticated, cerebral, and psychedelic, the indie rock concoctions of the self-assured, smooth-voiced koleżanka emerged in the late 2010s. Steeped in observation and awareness, her full-length debut, Place Is, appeared in 2021. The like-minded follow-up, 2023's Alone with the Sound the Mind Makes, was informed by months of isolation.
