Wild Fire is an amazing journey into the soul of an amazing artist

I did not know who Ben Rogers was until I was introduced to his music by Dallas Green, City and Colour. I’m so thankful for this connection. This folk, balladsy album is chock full of emotion, memorable story telling, and raw exploration of the human experience and spirit. The title track Wild Fire is hauntingly beautiful. Leviathan Smiles is a hidden gem that causes a contemplated pause to rethink everything we believe. There is a unique blend of country, indie, almost blue grass, and rock vibe depending on the song. Being able to meld these different types of genres takes skill, and Ben and his producers pull it off nicely.
