World AIDS Day

To recognize World AIDS Day this year, Apple is honoring the 18th anniversary of our partnership with (RED) by continuing in the fight against the deadly disease. Global health emergencies hit the most vulnerable populations hardest—as we’ve seen these last few years—and a portion of the proceeds from every (PRODUCT)RED purchase goes to the Global Fund to fight AIDS. All funds will provide critical support to health systems that are most threatened and, in turn, help preserve lifesaving HIV/AIDS programs in sub-Saharan Africa. In aid of this push, Apple Music has put together a selection of music from across Africa, showcasing the single “Jaiye (Aluna and Sigag Lauren Remix)” from the Dance (RED) Save Lives III compilation—which is curated by Aluna and Don Jazzy and features artists from Nigeria’s Mavin Records.
