In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was 7, my mom had me in the studio with her. I was so captivated by the Hammond B3 organ that I waited until everyone went into the control room, I snuck into the live room and (for lack of better words) broke the organ trying to play it. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? JAY-Z, The Blueprint 3 Lil Wayne, Tha Carter V (Deluxe) Michael Jackson, Off the Wall These 3 albums helped me become the producer I am today. One because of the production value, one for the sonic clarity and one for the cultural impact. They have all helped create, shape and mold the producer I have been, I am and will become. Lil Wayne, Tha Carter V I love this album because I was the first time I actually worked with Lil Wayne and my name appeared on the album. I worked in the studio with Lil Wayne in the past but I never had my name in the credits. This was exciting for me. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? An amazing moment for me was when me and my cousin "Dappa" toured with Lil Wayne on Tha Carter III Tour. That was extremely fun and exciting. It was one of the first times I did a multi-city tour and multiple venues of that size and magnitude. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? In my best Lebron James voice, I don't just one 1 Grammy. Not 2, not 3, not 4. I want multiple Grammy's for awesome work that I pray I can continue to create far into old age.
