In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first music memories were from my older brother playing me 2 Pac's music and other West Coast American artists from the 90s era of hip hop and R&B. I also recall the deep sounds of slow House Music and Kwaito in Alex, a township in South Africa. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Burna Boy, Outside Drake, Thank Me Later Skepta, Konnichiwa This blended my music taste and the type of music I make overall. Thank me later it was the first time I heard a rapper not being a gangster and still rapping at a high level. Outside helped me be proudly African and Konnichiwa taught me a new story Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Rudeboy” I don't know if this was connected but when the producer sent me the beat I was watching a fashion show covering the topic of UK Rudeboy fashion I loved the term and I translated the song to a South Africa context and people loved it.
