In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember playing at a local venue in Durban, I'd always wanted a platform to showcase my music. From that gig I landed one of my favourite festivals. The festival directors were having a drink, they put me on the line up the next day What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Ben Howard, Every Kingdom Civil Twilight, Story of an Immigrant Kings of Leon, Because of the Times These albums constantly give me a voice in creative spaces. I find the music so honest and raw emotionally. I relate a lot to the message and I find them emotionally revealing. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Chemicals” This song was my first ever release. I was nervous, not completely sure what I was doing. I love it for it's youthfulness. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Had an amazing experience with The Voice South Africa season 2, made it to top 16. It widened the scope for me, both musically and personally Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd to play overseas, work with some of my favourite artists. Would love to play in Germany one day, and experience music in Europe
