In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. It was early spring of 2020 when we had our first memory together. That is when we decided to host our first ever songwriting camp in Rauna, Latvia. Everything that has followed afterwards including Eurovision, multiple albums & singles is history. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Anderson .Paak, Bruno Mars, Silk Sonic, An Evening With Silk Sonic Michael Jackson, Thriller Vulfpeck, Thrill of the Arts Since the music of Citi Zēni is influenced by funk, R&B, disco, soul & pop, the albums we have selected best represent the influences that have formed our sound, which is still ever evolving. Tell us why you chose this song. “Limuzīns Uz Krīta” This was one of the first songs ever released by the band & it was the lead single for our debut album "Suņi Iziet Ielās". It incorporates the essence of what we are about & it has also been critically acclaimed in Latvia. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Participation in Eurovision 2022 with "Eat Your Salad". The release of albums "Suņi Iziet Ielās" (2021), "Cits Līmenis" (2024). Winning multiple Latvian national awards with the songs "Limuzīns Uz Krīta" & "Lieka Štuka" Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
