About Mosimann
Quentin Mosimann was the winner of the seventh edition of French American Idol-like TV show Star Academy. There he performed with elaborate showmanship and developed his blend of jazz and electronica, performing Taxi Girl's hit "Cherchez le Garçon" in two separate versions, a jazzy one and an electronic one, on his first EP outing in early summer of 2008. He went on with that two-sided singer concept on his first LP, Duel, released in August 2008, by cutting the records in two distinct halves. Duel was rewarded with a gold record by the end of that same year. ~ Olivier Duboc
