In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first musical memories are all of watching Michael Jackson music videos and wanting to BE him. Dirty Diana changed my life. I remember seeing that and wondering "how do I get to that?". I've been trying to find the answer ever since. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Michael Jackson, The Essential Michael Jackson Rihanna, Unapologetic (Deluxe Version) Toni Braxton, Toni Braxton Michael Jackson was the artist I wanted to BE. Toni Braxton is the first CD I ever bought with my own money. Unapologetic was the soundtrack to grad school and helped me be more accepting of who I TRULY am. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The most memorable moment of my LIFE thus far is being on the field for the Super Bowl LVII halftime show with Rihanna. Just a sheer convergence of perfection for me to be there and it motivates me to go HARDER. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I still have A LOT more music to get out, so the goal is to have the whole world sing along.
