Adored by Verdi (as you might expect), Bellini's skill as a music-dramatist earned Wagner's appreciation as well. Out of 10 operas completed before Bellini's untimely death at the age of 33, three are still staples of the contemporary repertoire: La sonnambula, I puritani and Norma. The latter is where you'll find what is perhaps Bellini's most famous aria, “Casta diva”, which has been sung memorably by innumerable sopranos (such as Maria Callas and Ceclia Bartoli).
