The Night Bruce Springsteen Became Rock's Future

Apple Music

On May 9, 1974, Bruce Springsteen played two career-making shows in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Landau's prophesy that Springsteen was rock 'n' roll's "future" was true almost immediately: in 1975 he released Born to Run and graced the covers of Time and Newsweek.
