Driven by brother Andrew’s steady, nuanced drumming, Brad Barr’s songwriting melds folk roots with modern melodies and arrangements that lean toward orchestral. Until 2018, the Montreal-via-Rhode Island group’s sound was filled out by harpist Sarah Pagé, who adds a sparkling dimension to their early-career earthy tones.
