Editors’ Notes “I write songs to get dopamine, to feel happy, to feel entertained,” Marie Ulven, aka girl in red, tells Apple Music about creating her new single “Serotonin,” which leads this week’s Superbloom. “That’s the only time I feel truly excited to be alive.” The Norwegian singer-songwriter wrote the song with FINNEAS and Matias Tellez, who encouraged her to experiment with techniques and styles outside of her comfort zone. “When I figured out how to do the rap part, I was like, ‘This is the best shit that has ever happened to me,’” she says. "I don't think I've ever been that excited about a song I've written. It blew my mind.
