Luke Perine, drummer of Plague Vendor: "Here is a selection of songs that mix two sides of my life. Some of the songs on the playlist, the ones with vocals, are songs that have helped me handle some hard times with love. They're mostly songs about breaking up and trying to get over it, but none of the tunes are going to bring the listener down too low. They all have a good, catchy glaze on them that lifts me up. In between each love song I've inserted instrumentals that have really smooth drumming. These beats will be stuck in my head for eternity. They're funky, clever, and smart, each in their own way. I've always used playing drums with Plague Vendor as a way to let go of whatever is weighing heavy on my heart, so I think that's what helps this playlist make sense."
