Editors’ Notes Alongside fellow G-Unit soldiers 50 Cent and Tony Yayo, Lloyd Banks burst onto the scene in the early-'00s with a series of incendiary street mixtapes. After cameoing on a track with Eminem on 50 Cent's breakthrough album in 2003, the Queens representer went on to star on the first G-Unit album, Beg for Mercy. Building on that buzz, Banks's solo debut, The Hunger for More, dropped the following year and topped with Billboard charts thanks to a couple of singles produced by Timbaland and Em. Always respect this spitter's status in the game.
