Children’s music doesn’t come much more exuberant than Lah-Lah, the band led by Australia’s Mark and Tina Harris. Spanning television, albums, and live shows, the ensemble bring classic instrumentation into the spotlight, calling out double bass, saxophone, and accordion by name on “Lah-Lah’s Big Live Band.” Young listeners happily engage with the songs’ simple instructions, whether on the klezmer-inspired “Brush Your Teeth” or the samba-esque “Shake It Like This.” And while kids respond to the group’s feel-good zest, parents might experience giddy flashbacks to the ’90s swing revival. This is wholesome breeziness for the preschool set.
