La Ley Essentials

One of Chile's premier rock exports, La Ley formed in '87, though they only found fame following various lineup changes in the early '90s. Once Beto Cuevas took over frontman and chief songwriting duties, the group achieved their international breakthrough with '95 LP Invisible. In '01, they cemented their status with an MTV Unplugged recording, which won a Latin GRAMMY® for Best Rock Album. The band went their separate ways in '05 before reuniting eight years later.
