Editors’ Notes From the time he released his debut album in 2013, Brett Eldredge has connected with country audiences in a major way. It's partly on account of his knack for latching onto a propulsive groove and riding it to glory, like on the percolating good-time tune "Somethin' I'm Good At." But Eldredge also knows how to pen (and croon) intensely emotional story-songs like "Raymond," a story of elderly care that tugs at the old tear ducts. Whichever way he leans, Eldredge puts himself all the way into every song, and that's what brings it all home for him.
