Barnt's 2014 Kompakt Spa Mix

The German producer Barnt makes hard-charging techno that's just this side of zany, but he calmed down when he made a playlist for The Standard Hotel's spa during Miami's Winter Music Conference. Suffused in bell tones and drones from Lawrence, Taragana Pyjarama, and his label-mate Jens-Uwe Beyer, it's as heady as it is relaxing.
