Back to Back: Mr. Oizo vs. Charli XCX

Though they come from different scenes, France's Mr. Oizo and the UK's Charli XCX are both hell-bent on doing things their own way; no wonder they sound so great together on Oizo's Hand in the Fire EP. Cue up their tunes back to back and their sprightly funk turns out to have plenty in common: buzzing synths, killer hooks, and a sly sense of humor—not to mention a healthy appreciation for disco.
