Singing in German, English and his native Albanian, Ardian Bujupi proves that music has no borders. Arriving in Heidelberg as a refugee at the age of one, he found an ear for music. Performing took up much of his teenage years before a deep run on the 2011 season of Deutschland sucht den Superstar launched him onto the radio waves. The DIY dance-pop of his early tracks soon gave way to lush nocturnal beats as well as summery reggaetón bops like “Panorama”.
