The funny thing about one-hit wonders is that their never-to-be-repeated smashes can seem more lasting—or at least more eventful—than entire catalogs from bands you've diligently followed for years. Their choruses were the memes of their day; some of them may have even served as the occasional punchline. But the likes of Digital Underground, House of Pain, and Edwyn Collins entertained us to no end, and for that we're grateful.
