In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My middle school chorus teacher Jake Siberon, who later would co-produce some of my records really fostered my passion for songwriting at a young age. He taught me about song structure and chord progressions. Invaluable knowledge. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Fiona Apple, Tidal Janis Ian, Between the Lines Jewel, Pieces Of You These three albums shaped my early childhood into adulthood. Jewel and Fiona's songwriting was such an inspiration and a catalyst into womanhood. Janis Ian, saving the best for last. Her songwriting is unparalleled. She's just brilliant. It has such a universal message that everyone can relate to. I wrote and co-produced the track, while Mario McNulty provided the mixing. It has such a special place in my heart and I hope yours! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Having my friend Mario McNulty mix my song “In These Dreams”. He is such a wonderful person and such a talent in the music industry. It’s so rare to meet such a gem of a person in this business. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To win an Oscar for best song in a featured film. I love great movie soundtracks and that is a dream I know will happen!
