Christina Aguilera, Christina Aguilera Fiona Apple, Tidal Jewel, Pieces Of You I feel like these three albums shaped my early childhood into adulthood. Jewel and Fiona's songwriting was such an inspiration and a catalyst into womanhood. Christina's voice? No explanations needed. Although it has a universal message, it’s a story that’s so personal to me. It’s a song about pulling yourself out of a dark place through the power of our dreams. I wish that for everyone. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Singing the National Anthem at the XL Center in Hartford, CT when I was 16. It was such a terrifying, incredible moment. It felt like sky diving. That's when I knew I wanted to pursue a career in music. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To win a grammy for writing a best song in a feature film!
