In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first song I wrote was when I was in graduate school. I was stressed out from doing research. Thus, I wrote a song about it. I found it very healing and liberating. I realized that the feeling is what making art is all about. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Alex G, House of Sugar Vashti Bunyan, Just Another Diamond Day Yokkorio, Moirai Kiss These albums accompany me through important phases of my life, from surrendering to being inspired, and finally, doing to learn. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. One time, I was very frustrated and had many awful thoughts. Then, I saw a person walking by with a T-shirt that said 'we need to learn what love is,' and I cried. This song is all about my ideas of how to love. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I was in a band called The Fur. from 2017 to 2021. We were making the last album, 'Serene Reminder.' It really was and still is a gentle reminder to me that I am constantly creating a new path for myself as an artist. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I am in love with everything I have yet to know. :)
