In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was 9 I watched the premiere of Disney’s Camp Rock. It was so inspiring that I wrote my first song based on “Who Will I Be”. It was a very silly song about me confronting my sister as the authority in our bedroom, but I never felt so alive. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? AURORA, All My Demons Greeting Me as a Friend Björk, Vulnicura Novo Amor, Birthplace These were the ones who introduced me to the artists who shaped the way I perceive music and connect with the world around me. They bring so much depth, emotion and sounds that take me on a different universe. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Beauty of Time” I wrote this song in 2018, after going through 2 years of heartbreak, rage, and pain alone. One day I realised my heart was healed and I was ready to fall in love with life again. I felt so free and I wanted to encourage others - time can heal. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I was talking to a fan for the first time on Instagram and she was sharing stories abut their life. I encouraged her, and it kept going and growing for years. Now we are friends for life who encourage each other. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I have a huge bucket list, but my biggest dreams are to meet people all over the world through my music, collab with my favourite artists and have my music on a fantasy movie franchise. I also dream of voicing a Disney character.
