Whitney K

Recording as Whitney K, Canadian singer/songwriter Konner Whitney makes curious, loosely organized indie rock that veers between cool detachment and organic warmth. He came up through the Montreal underground, releasing a series of lo-fi cassettes that put him in outsider folk territory. Starting with 2021's more-focused, but still experimental Two Years, Whitney began a sonic shift that became even more refined on 2025's Bubble, his debut for Fire Records.
