Worldbeat artist Wayne Gorbea shapes African-oriented stylings inside Cuban traditional music for an excellent musical vibe to match the likes of mainstream Cuban hard hitters. With a strong trombone section, Gorbea reflects various varieties of Latin-tinged aesthetics for dance music and world music alike and his sheer composition was captured on his Shanachie debut Cogele El Gusto in 1999.
