In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories when I was younger was riding in the backseat with my cousins while my uncle tried to get us to freestyle. After he passed away it inspired our family to pursue music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bryson Tiller, T R A P S O U L Drake, Take Care (Deluxe Version) Nipsey Hussle, Victory Lap These three albums came into my life at different moments when I was going through real life experiences. They helped shape how I hear music and how I express emotion in my songs, and they played a big role in influencing the sound I create today. Drake, If You're Reading This It's Too Late Drake’s Jungle is one of my favorite songs of all time. I have probably listened to it a million times and it helped me get through some real heartbreak. It always reminds me of my first love and the emotions that come with it. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments in my career so far has been seeing the reaction from my friends and family when they heard my R&B music for the first time. Having people truly listen to something I created means a lot to me. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There’s still a lot on my bucket list as an artist. One of my biggest goals is to work with the artists who inspired my sound like Drake, Bryson Tiller and PARTYNEXTDOOR. Their music played a big role in shaping the artist I am today.
