In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. In the backseat of my parent's Toyota Camry, learning to sing three part harmony with my siblings. Both of my parents are musicians, so singing and playing together was woven into most family gatherings. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing the Kennedy Center for the first time, and meeting Bonnie Raitt in an elevator on the way to my show. I could have passed out, I was so giddy.
