In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Playing marimba in 5th-grade music class was way too fun. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? D'Angelo, Voodoo Dijon, Absolutely João Gilberto, Stan Getz, Getz/Gilberto (Expanded Edition) I felt these albums display a mastery in playfulness, creativity, curation, and gesture. Every album has exciting and chill parts. Balance is key, musicianship is central. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd like to play a tiny desk concert. I'd also like to record a full orchestra.
