What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Connie Smith, Connie Smith Conway Twitty, Hello Darlin' Marty Robbins, Gunfighter Ballads and Trail Songs Each of these albums is a perfect snapshot of my favorite era of country music. Marty Robbins defined the western gunfighter ballad. Connie Smith's debut album had a beautifully innocent vocal. "Hello Darlin" was a defining moment for Conway Twitty.
