In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I've been playing the piano and keyboards for as long as I can remember. I thought it was the coolest thing, and I've been able to create some decent music over the years with those instruments. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kamil Hala, Libor Pešek, Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra, George Gerswhin: Rhapsody in Blue, An American in Paris The Dave Brubeck Quartet, Time Out Tom Rule, The Week Begins I can't pick JUST three! Brubeck's 1959 classic has been a strong influence on my jazz playing. Gershwin's harmonic language and rhythms have always caught my ears, and I really like my 2023 album The Week Begins. Tell us why you chose this song. “The Week Begins (Radio Edit)” This is from the 2023 album that started as a 15 minute improv - just me at the keyboard, the computer recording it all. That is a totally different workflow for me - but my curiosity took over, I started wondering "what if…" - and a track was born.
