In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest music memories was when I had my start. I was just an 11 year old who picked up a pen and paper and decided what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Eagles, Hotel California Lauryn Hill, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill Nipsey Hussle, Victory Lap I can listen to these 3 albums on repeat. I draw so much influence from all genres and it really speaks to my style of music and what I remember throughout my childhood. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Downhill” What makes it special is that I wrote this song 5 years before it was released. The fact that the lyrics stood the test of time let me know that I really put my all in to expressing how I feel. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? So far it was receiving a shout out by hip-hop legend Kurupt. Just to see that he took the time to listen to what I had to say and following me on instagram, it made me feel like I have a chance at this music life. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yeah, I hope to one day be able to feed my family with doing what I love. I'd love to be at the top, be recognized, feel acknowledged, but feeding my family sits above everything else.
