In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was a little girl I have strong memories of going to see the Mostly Mozart music series at the Boulder Theater. That was also the place where I would go watch Lois LaFond, who is a Boulder, CO based children's musician who inspired me. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Cannonball Adderley, Nancy Wilson, Nancy Wilson & Cannonball Adderley Pat Metheny Group, Speaking of Now Raffi, Best of Raffi I have always loved Pat Metheny and used to listen to this album nonstop as a kid. Raffi, of course, is my all time favorite children's musician and the main inspiration for The Silly Jazz Band (especially his song "Banana Phone"). What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing at The Brooklyn Public Library in front of hundreds of people on the front steps was a career highlight. I love performing for my Brooklyn families and it is amazing to see everyone singing along to my bebop songs!
