In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Being a pre-teen and seeing a Nirvana benefit concert with the Breeders and L7 opening. It made me understand the positive effect music can have on the world and that sexism has no place in it. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Creeper Lagoon, I Become Small and Go The Lemonheads, It's a Shame About Ray The Teardrop Explodes, Kilimanjaro (Deluxe Edition) I have probably listened to Creeper Lagoon's I Become Small and Go more than any other album. I discover something new and interesting in the production with each listen. The Teardrop Explodes are genius, overlooked pop. Check out "Second Head." The song was written quickly in an afternoon, I shared a demo with the band and they recorded their pieces separately and Jake produced it.
